11 More Lawyers Leave Mishcon For Greenberg As IPO Looms - Law.com
Eleven more lawyers have left Mishcon de Reya for Greenberg Traurig in London, taking the total number moving between the two to 18 since the U.K.-based firm pressed ahead with its plans to list on the stock exchange.
The 11 associates, who have joined over the last six weeks, have reunited with the seven-partner Mishcon team that joined Greenberg’s London office in October, one month after the U.K.-based firm voted through plans to pursue an initial public offering. Three of the associate moves have come since the start of January, according to Greenberg, which described the hires as an 18-lawyer team.
