11th Circuit Upholds Dismissal Of Law Graduate's Complaint Alleging School Expelled Her For Supporting Trump | Daily Business Review - Law.com

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on Friday upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by a woman who claimed that the Florida International University College of Law expelled her over her support for Donald Trump.

Judges Charles Wilson, Andrew Brasher and R. Lanier Anderson agreed with a lower court that Christina McLaughlin’s 114-page complaint against the university should be dismissed, and called her allegations “vague and repetitive.”
