DOVER — Mayor Richard Homrighausen is suing the city of Dover and Law Director Doug O'Meara, alleging that they have failed to provide him with legal representation in a case involved three city employees he fired.
The suit was filed Friday in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court.
