Rodeo Neighborhood on Lockdown Due to Law Enforcement Activity - NBC Bay Area

NBC 7 A neighborhood in Rodeo was placed on lockdown Thursday due to law enforcement activity, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office.
