PHOENIX — The southbound lanes of Interstate 17 at Deer Valley Road in Phoenix reopened Wednesday night after a closure due to a law enforcement situation, the Arizona Department of Transportation said.
The closure occurred just after 7:30 p.m. and there was no estimated time to reopen the highway.
The lanes reopened just after 8:30 p.m.
The northbound lanes of the highway were not affected.
