The law eliminates criminal penalties for possessing syringes, fentanyl testing strips, and other safer-use supplies for ingesting substances.

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A prominent Central Florida defense attorney was arrested early Monday.
Attorney Hal Uhrig was picked up at the Osceola County courthouse and taken in for questioning.
