A portion of Highway 65 southbound in Blaine is closed after an incident involving law enforcement on Tuesday night.
Traffic management cameras showed a heavy police presence in the median of Highway 65 between 93rd Lane Northeast and 97th Avenue Northeast. That portion of Highway 65 southbound is closed. Northbound traffic remains open but is down to one lane creating a backup.
