ABA Considering Eliminating Standardized Test Requirement for Law School Admissions - Law.com

Radzinschi/ALM In a memorandum dated April 25, the Strategic Review Committee of the ABA’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar recommended that the requirement of a "'valid and reliable'" admissions test be eliminated from Standard 503, "thereby making the use of an admission test by law schools optional.”
