Units from several departments were seen in a neighborhood near Brita and Washington. A few streets in that area have been blocked off.

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- Several law enforcement agencies say they will focus their efforts on US 35 and I-75 on Wednesday.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Dayton Police and Montgomery County Sheriff's Office will focusing on "crash-causing violations," such as reckless and impaired driving, and speeding.
