Ahead of Dale Ho's Senate Hearing, Bipartisan Group of Yale Law Classmates Urge His Confirmation to SDNY | National Law Journal - Law.com

Dale Ho, President Joe Biden’s nominee for the Southern District of New York, has the backing of his Yale Law School classmates as he heads for consideration by the Senate.

In a Nov. 23 letter, addressed to Senate Judiciary Committee leaders Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, and Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the self-described bipartisan group of 91 classmates said they were writing to express their “strong support” for Ho’s confirmation to the Manhattan-centered district court seat.
