Almost All Law Firm Partners Think Their NQs Earn Too Much - Law.com

The overwhelming majority of law firm partners believe that newly qualified associates at their outfits earn too much money, according to research that exposes the deep frustrations with the pay war in the U.K.

A survey of 66 of the country’s leading lawyers found 95% believe salaries for junior lawyers have gone too high thanks to the latest industry pay war, with more than half of respondents also calling for caps on such pay packets.
