Amherst councilors have Open Meeting Law, conflict of interest questions for town lawyer - MassLive.com

AMHERST – In an effort to encourage good government, the Town Council will convene a special meeting where members can ask questions related to the state’s Open Meeting Law and conflict of interest concerns.

The April 25, remote access special meeting starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by a regularly scheduled 6:30 p.m. meeting.

The regular meeting will include a budget hearing on the proposed school budget for fiscal 2023.
