Another Big Law Firm Is Setting Up Shop in Salt Lake City | The American Lawyer - The American Lawyer

- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati announced it will open an office in Salt Lake City.
- The firm, which focuses on tech and life sciences sectors, will open with a corporate duo and a retiring Utah Supreme Court justice.
- Kirkland & Ellis and Foley & Lardner also recently announced office openings in Salt Lake City.
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati joined the ranks of large law firms flocking to Salt Lake City, announcing this week it’s opening an office with a duo of corporate lawyers, one from Holland & Hart and the other from its own Seattle office.
The firm, which focuses on the technology and life sciences sectors that Salt Lake has sought to incubate over the last few years, will also add Utah Supreme Court Justice Deno Himonas on his retirement in March.
