Area Chabad to Host Menorah Lighting to Honor Local Law Enforcement This Weekend - TAPinto.net
BURLINGTON, NJ — Chabad Jewish Center of Florence, Bordentown and Burlington Township will once again be hosting a Community Menorah Lighting and Celebration Honoring Our Law Enforcement Officials
This year's event, the 3rd annual celebration, will be held on Sunday, December 5 at 4:30PM at Silver Dental Associates, located at 1816 Mount Holly Road, Ste. 101, in Burlington Township.
Latkes, donuts, Menorah kits and giveaways will be available during the uplifting and festive community celebration.
This year’s ceremony is being held in memory of the victims of the December 2019 targeted shooting attack on a Jersey City kosher grocery store — Leah Minda Ferenez, Moshe Deutsch and Douglas Rodriguez — as well as a Jersey City Police Department Detective who was killed by the assailants beforehand — Detective Joseph Seals.

The Chabad brought a festive Chanukah parade to Bordentown City and Fieldsboro on Thursday evening with the help of City fire departments. Residents were treated to the sight of a large, lit Menorah traveling through the streets, along with a music truck. If you missed the parade, check out video of it here!
