• Five Atlanta-based firms achieved Mansfield certification in the latest iteration of the program.
• Eversheds Sutherland is the only Atlanta-based law firm certified under the Mansfield Rule that is also participating in the Move the Needle Fund.
• Eversheds Sutherland has seen substantial progress since 2019, increasing female partners by six percentage points.

Five Atlanta-based law firms were certified under the most recent iteration of the Mansfield Program, as local Big Law names rally around an effort to improve diversity and inclusion in the legal industry.

For the first time in the four-year-old Diversity Lab program, all 118 law firms have achieved Mansfield certification, including Atlanta-based firms Alston & Bird, Fisher Phillips, Morris, Manning & Martin, Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders and Eversheds Sutherland.
