Wynwood law firm AXS Law has added former Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman litigator Aleida Martinez-Molina, who joined the 14-lawyer boutique as a partner.

Martinez-Molina started practicing at Weiss Serota in 2010. The financial restructuring and business litigator has developed a clientele that includes hospitality, aviation, and cruise-sector clients. She serves as a bankruptcy Subchapter V trustee for the Southern District of Florida, an area of bankruptcy that Martinez-Molina said she expects to increase as business owners become aware of it.
