Berea law director stresses that profane flags, signs are legal - cleveland.com

BEREA, Ohio -- Residents have been complaining to city officials for a long time about profane political signs and flags situated on private properties throughout Berea, but legally there is nothing the city can do about it.

That was the message Berea Law Director Barbara Jones conveyed during the Nov. 15 Berea City Council meeting after a concerned resident came to the podium and waged a public grievance.
