While many leading legal industry players have embraced hybrid working arrangements out of necessity during the fourth wave of COVID-19, aggregated data from the Am Law 200 suggests a shifting preference toward keeping lawyers in the office more days out of the week than initially announced.
In the initial planning phase of Am Law 200 firms’ office returns, one to two days of in-office work per week was the most popular model, according to aggregated data reviewed by Law.com. Data was gathered by legal tech firm nQ Zebraworks and includes 89 Am Law 200 firms.
