Big Law Teams Up With Africa's ENS, Bowmans In $3.5B Data Center Deal - Law.com

Top African firms Bowmans and ENSafrica have teamed up with Latham & Watkins and Weil Gotshal & Manges to advise on the $3.5 billion acquisition of African data center service provider Teraco Data Environments by New York-listed property company Digital Realty.

The buyout of Teraco establishes Digital Realty as the leading data center provider in Africa and accelerates its PanAfrican expansion, according to a company announcement.
