Education and employment law firm Ferrara Fiorenza PC announced the two recent promotions and one new hire.

Heather M. Cole has been promoted to the management committee. She joined the firm in 2013 and has more than 15 years of experience in personnel and labor matters. She was promoted to partner in 2018. In her new role, she serves as a leader in the firm’s education practice. She is a graduate of Boston College and Syracuse University College of Law.
