Bousquet Holstein PLLC announced Lowell A. Seifter has rejoined the firm. He will serve as of counsel in a part-time capacity on selective matters.
Seifter brings back to the firm decades of experience in health law, business law and commercial real estate. He was a founding member of Green & Seifter Attorneys PLLC, now known as Bousquet Holstein PLLC, where he practiced law from 1977 through 2011. From 2012 through 2018 he served as general counsel for St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center where his focus was health law, business law and commercial real estate. Since 2019, he served as senior counsel for Trinity Health, the parent organization of St. Joseph’s, on a part-time basis.
Seifter received a bachelor of science degree cum laude from Syracuse University and a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law.
He has served on the board of directors of three different publicly traded banks over the last 17 years and is currently a member of the board of directors of NBT Bank. He is also presently a board member of Housing Visions in Syracuse, as well as View, an arts organization in Old Forge. He is both an attorney and a non-practicing certified public accountant.
Bousquet Holstein is a diversified law firm with office in Syracuse and Ithaca.
