Syracuse, NY -- A niece of the murdered Skyline Apartments resident Connie Tuori, 93, on Monday called her family’s grief is an “unintended consequence” of New York state’s controversial bail system.

Sandy Tuori Bell stood next to U.S. Rep John Katko (R-Camillus) as she called for measures to stop the “revolving door” of criminals in an out of jail.
