Daughter-in-law recording mother-in-law conversation - Villages-News

To the Editor:

The daughter-in-law is being charged in Florida for recording a FaceTime call while she was in New Jersey. This is a perfectly lawful act under New Jersey law. How does the State of Florida manage to make this a violation of Florida law when it did not take place in Florida?
