D.C.'s fallen officers to be honored at law enforcement memorial service Monday - WJLA

WASHINGTON (7News) — A memorial service is being held Monday to honor the lives of fallen law enforcement officers in the District.

The 42nd Annual Washington Area Law Enforcement Memorial will start at 11:30 a.m.

Monday's event will honor Officer Robert Fleet, Metropolitan Police Department, Sergeant Mark E. Eckenrode, Metropolitan Police Department, Sergeant Donna L. Allen, Metropolitan Police Department, and Officer Keith D. Williams, Metropolitan Police Department, according to the Washington Area Law Enforcement Memorial Facebook page.

If you're planning to travel in that area there will be parking restrictions and road closures around Indiana Avenue, NW for the event.
