DFL Party Statement on Law Enforcement Appreciation Day - The Minnesota DFL

DFL Party Chairman Ken Martin released the following statement in honor of Law Enforcement Appreciation Day:

“In honor of Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, I would like to thank the brave Minnesotans in law enforcement who put themselves at risk to protect and serve communities across our state. The DFL Party respects and honors the bravery and sacrifice of Minnesota’s peace officers, and we are committed to ensuring they have the resources and support they need to serve their important role in our society.

“I would also like to express my gratitude to the family members of Minnesota’s law enforcement agents. Having a loved one regularly put themselves in harm’s way to defend others takes tremendous courage. I and countless other Minnesotans are extremely grateful for your courage.”
