Goodwin Procter announced today that former Silicon Valley office chairwoman Lynda Galligan and former Washington, D.C., office chairman Joshua Klatzkin will succeed outgoing business law department chairman Mark Macenka, leading together as the firm anticipates continued growth for the practice.
Macenka finished his five-year term on Sept. 30, and the firm decided that given the size of the business law group and the thriving practices of its new co-chairs, having both of them at the helm made sense.
