CLEVELAND, Ohio – Former Cuyahoga County Law Director Robert Triozzi agreed to resign his post in January 2019 as part of an agreement with prosecutors who were investigating corruption in county government, according to documents provided to cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.

Triozzi signed a non-prosecution agreement on Jan. 3, 2019, in which he agreed to step down and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office agreed not to pursue criminal charges against him over his failure to properly oversee portions of the county’s boondoggled IT overhaul known as the ERP project, according to a copy of the three-page agreement.
