Ex-federal prosecutor’s law license suspended for misrepresenting information in biker gang case - MLive.com

A former federal prosecutor who worked out of the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit has had her law license suspended for misrepresenting information in a biker gang case from 2007.

The Michigan Attorney Discipline Board issued a notice, Dec. 31, announcing the suspension of Diane L. Marion, of Belleville, who is now barred from practicing law in the state for one year following an investigation by the board.
