KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WXIX) - A former Northern Kentucky judge found guilty of misconduct has been banned from practicing law in the commonwealth.

Former Kenton County Family Court Judge Dawn Gentry agreed to a four-year suspension from the Kentucky Bar Association, according to court documents. The agreement comes nearly a year and a half after she was removed from the bench.

In August of 2020, she was found guilty of 10 of the 12 misconduct charges against her.

She is accused of having sex with employees and falsifying timesheets, documents read.

Court documents say since the hearing, Gentry has ended the relationship with her pastor.
