A federal judge has rejected former President Donald Trump’s bid to shield his tax returns from Congress.

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, in his first significant ruling in the two-year-old lawsuit over the House’s ability to obtain the returns, said in an opinion Tuesday that “even if the former president is right on the facts, he is wrong on the law.”
