Florida Legislator aims to tweak state's NIL law - Orlando Sentinel

It’s been seven months since college athletes in Florida earned the right to profit from their name, image and likeness after state legislatures passed a NIL bill that went into effect July 1.

While there have been varying degrees of success, there have been challenges, particularly after the NCAA adopted its interim NIL policy. Along with bills passed by numerous states, that policy has left an uneven playing field.
