Fox News Says Ex-Host Miscasts Reach of New Anti-Arbitration Law - Bloomberg Law

Fox News Network LLC and three executives told a Manhattan federal judge former host Andrea Tantaros is wrong that a new federal law prohibiting employers from requiring workers to arbitrate sexual harassment and assault allegations means her claims belong in court.

Tantaros’ April 7 filing relies on the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021, which President Joe Biden (D) signed March 3.
