Fresno law enforcement agencies kick off “Operation Christmas Presence” - YourCentralValley.com

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — On Wednesday, Fresno police Chief Paco Balderrama and law enforcement agencies from Fresno County will hold a news conference to kick off the annual “Operation Christmas Presence.”

The effort, in its 24th year, aims to reduce crime in the Fresno area during the holiday season.
