On January 22, 2022, the New York State Police in Clifton Park arrested 42-year-old Ryan M. Natalie of Glenville for two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated- Leandra’s Law (E felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree (E felony), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor).
Natalie was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Blue Barns Road in Clifton Park Saturday evening after showing signs that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Two children were in the vehicle at the time of the stop. Natalie was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was transported to SP Clifton Park where he provided a breath sample of .29% B.A.C. and was determined to have multiple suspensions on his license.
The children were released to a family member. Natalie was processed and issued an appearance ticket for Clifton Park Town Court on January 27, 2022.
