Greeney: Do we need law to limit home flags in Sun City? - Your Valley

This is in regards to the House Bill 2010 article {“Legislature mulls allowing flags,” Sun City Independent, Feb. 9, 2022).

It is a real shame to think HOA boards can deny a resident to fly a certain flag.

It is a real shame to think a resident of Sun City would fly a flag that is vulgar or offensive.

I honestly don’t know what to think. Do we really need another law? Yet, being a self-governed community does not make everyone happy either. Just look at the violators of our covenants, conditions and restrictions.
