Iowa Law Enforcement Academy welcomes first implicit bias instructor - KCCI Des Moines

JOHNSTON, Iowa —

The Iowa Law Enforcement Academy now has its first implicit bias training instructor on hand.

Dozens of recruits train to become a better officer by recognizing their own bias.

As KCCI's Tisia Muzinga reports, the role could help bridge the racial divide.
