Kennedys Cuts Space For Walkie-Talkie Move - Law.com

One of the City of London’s most iconic landmarks will take on a new law firm client later this year, as Kennedys becomes the latest legal outfit to sign for smaller space.

Kennedys has signed a 10 year lease at the Fenchurch Building - known as the Walkie-Talkie – and is set to take on around 50,000 sq ft over two-and-a-half floors.
