Some 1,364 Central Ohio attorneys offer their services at this year's 25 largest law firms.
Local law firms, like many other businesses, have faced the challenge of adapting to remote work over the past two years. But where will that option go from here?
We asked the firms in our list survey how they were moving forward with remote and flexible work arrangements in a profession one list respondent calls "notoriously old fashioned and slow to evolve."
Of the 66 firms that answered the question, 38 chose the option "some or all will combine remote and in-office work." The next largest group, 23 firms, chose "all employees will return to the office."
At just two firms, employees will continue to work remotely; at two others, some employees will combine remote and in-office and others will continue to work remotely. The remaining firm indicted all employees would return to the office, but some would then be able to combine in-office and remote work.
