Large law enforcement presence at a home on Sioux City's west side - Siouxland News

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — We're still gathering details at this hour about a large law enforcement action on Sioux City's west side Wednesday evening.

A neighbor tells Siouxland News that law enforcement officers had weapons drawn when they approached a house at 2856 Rebecca Street about 6:30 p.m. Later, our photographer observed federal agents, state troopers and possibly police at the scene, some of them entering and leaving the home.

It's still not clear why they were there or if they accomplished what they went there for.

Siouxland News is working to get more information about this incident.
