Latham & Watkins’ Singapore partner and former global power and energy practice co-chair, Clarinda Tjia-Dharmadi, has left the firm to join McDermott, Will & Emery as Asia chair of its transactions practice.
Tjia-Dharmadi spent more than two decades at Latham and was promoted to partner in 2006. She was the former global co-chair of Latham’s power and energy industry group, and helped launch the firm’s Women Enhancing Business initiative across Asia.
