Law enforcement looking for suspect who fled on foot after Okanogan wreck - NCWLIFE News

Law enforcement officers are on the look-out for a hit and run driver who fled the scene of a two-car accident early this morning in Okanogan.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Luis Lorenzano-Valdez, 22, of Bridgeport was driving southbound about 1:15 a.m. on Highway 97 in a 2009 Mazda MZ6 when a 2003 Acura sedan struck the Mazda after failing to stop at the intersection of Armory Junction Road and the highway.
Valdez was transported to Mid Valley Hospital in Omak with unknown injuries.
The driver of the Acura fled the scene on foot and is still unaccounted for.
Trooper John Bryant said the Acura was not a stolen vehicle.
Both cars were totaled in the accident.
