The probation conditions violated were #1-Laws, #3-Residency, #8-Reporting/Directives. Bond was set at $2000 cash and $2500 surety. Aust is unable to post bond and remains in custody at the Cooper County Detention Center.
Cruz Escobar, 24, Sedalia, MO. Arrested on (2) Pettis and (3) Sedalia PD warrants. The first Pettis County warrant is for Failure To Appear-Violation of Court Order. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. The second Pettis County warrant is for Possess a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety. The first Sedalia PD warrant is for Failure To Appear-Operate Motor Vehicle on Highway While Driver’s License Suspended. Bond was set at $100 cash only.
