Law enforcement responds to rollover crash southeast of Rochester on Highway 52 - KTTC

NEAR ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) - Law enforcement responded to a fatal crash on Highway 52 southeast of Rochester Tuesday night.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the driver of a semi-truck with a trailer and a driver of a Dodge Journey were both going south on Highway 52 when the Dodge rear-ended the semi truck then went off the road into the median, hit a cable barrier and rolled over.

The driver of the Dodge was a 63 year old man from Canton, and the driver of the semi-truck was a 73 year old man from Brainerd.

The State Patrol is expected to release more details on this crash. Stay with KTTC for the latest.

A car appeared to have rolled into the median.

It happened on 52 just north of I-90 and Marion.

Authorities temporarily asked cars to avoid the area.

Troopers could not give our KTTC crew at the scene any information on the crash.

There is no word on injuries at this time.
