Law enforcement search home in Meigs for Thomas County shooting suspect - WFXL FOX 31

Officers with multiple law enforcement agencies were at a home in Meigs in pursuit of a man alleged to have shot two Thomas County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday afternoon.

25-year-old Tyler Keith Henderson is wanted for shooting two Thomas County deputies and attempting to attack a third on Ellen Street, in Ochlocknee, around midnight, according to the Thomas County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Henderson was believed to be in the home and multiple people have exited the home for officers. They were later let back into the home.

Officers departed the home shortly after 2 p.m.
