Law Enforcement Searching Cooper Gulch Area After Chase in Eureka – Redheaded Blackbelt - Redheaded Blackbelt

Officers are in the Cooper Gulch area of Eureka after a chase involving a green Ford Explorer that began just before 7:45 p.m. According to scanner traffic, the vehicle reached speeds of 55 miles per hour in the city before the occupants fled on foot. Officers quickly apprehended one of the suspects and began searching “the cemetery” and Cooper Gulch looking for the other suspect. We will update this post when and if we find out more information.
