Law firm welcomes Jonathan McGookey - Sandusky Register

SANDUSKY — With his extensive experience and knowledge of Ohio law, criminal defense attorney Jonathan McGookey recently joined the Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright Co., LPA firm "with the confidence to take any case," according to a firm statement.

As a criminal defense attorney, McGookey handles cases ranging from minor traffic violations to sex crimes. His areas of focus include traffic offenses, domestic violence, DUI/OVI offenses, drug offenses, sex offenses and theft offenses.

As an Ohio native from Sandusky, McGookey attended college at The Ohio State University to pursue a degree in political science.

Upon graduation, Jonathan studied at Cleveland – Marshall College of Law, which helped him begin his legal career as an assistant county prosecutor for Erie County. Later in 2018, he established his private practice working for Kocher & Gillum as a criminal defense lawyer handling a wide range of criminal cases.
