Law Firms Are Eyeing Algorithm-Based Assessments to Lure and Retain Attorneys | Legaltech News - Law.com

Fierce competition for lawyers has pushed some law firms to add algorithm-based assessments into their hiring and retention protocols, according to a new report.

To be sure, some Big Law firms have already used algorithms in their recruiting and hiring efforts. Still, data-driven lateral hiring hasn’t gained wide adoption amongst law firms.
