TRENTON – The clerk’s office is in shambles.

Day-to-day operations have halted as embattled clerk Matthew Conlon feuds with Mayor Reed Gusciora’s administration. Public access to the clerk’s office was restricted to three days of the week for limited hours and Conlon ordered employees not to accept payments from business owners seeking licenses.
