The Twins have been the busiest team so far since the baseball store reopened its doors on Thursday, swinging two more deals on Sunday after the Saturday trade that sent Mitch Garver to Texas for Isiah Kiner-Falefa, whose Twins tenure will be the stuff of legend for decades.

Kiner-Falefa barely made it 24 hours in the Minnesota organization, as he’s now with the Yankees, part of a five-player deal that brought Gary Sánchez and Gio Urshela to the Twins and sent Josh Donaldson and Ben Rortvedt to the Bronx. The Twins have traded all of their catching depth after Ryan Jeffers, so Sánchez appears likely to take on at least some of the workload behind the dish, but could also become the team’s primary designated hitter given all the trouble he’s had on defense.
