Scott, including, but not limited to the Heirs at Law of William Scott, whose last known names and addresses are c/o Amy C. Jones, 3025 N. 3rd Street, Harrisonburg, PA 17110, and the location of the Heirs at Law of William A. Grigsby, who last known names and addresses are c/o George A. Braxton, 5403 Springtide Drive, Harrisonburg, PA 17111; and that any heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the defendant(s) named herein are made parties defendant to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown; it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before March 28, 2022 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
